Get ready, Southlake! We're just two weeks away from unveiling all that the Carroll Education Foundation (CEF) has in store for this year's Culinary Celebration at the Westin Southlake on Saturday, April 20. Dr. Meghan York, event chair and Dragon mom, has been diligently working since last summer along with her committee to ensure that this will be the biggest and most exciting Culinary Celebration Southlake has ever seen.
“CEF's Culinary Celebration is one of my favorite events of the year," Meghan says, who also serves as a volunteer on the CEF board of directors. "It’s truly a party with a fabulous purpose. I love that we are able to raise money for our incredible CISD teachers all while enjoying so many of our local restaurants. I can’t think of a worthier and rewarding cause."
“As a Board, we are tremendously excited about this year's event, not just for the festivities, but also for its significant impact. For the first time in CEF's 27-year history, all proceeds from the Culinary Celebration will directly benefit ALL Dragon teachers. We're eagerly anticipating presenting them with their first CEF end-of-year cash appreciation gift this May!”
CEF is proud to welcome back Park Place Dealerships as the Culinary Celebration Title Sponsor. Park Place Dealerships has been a steadfast partner and advocate for CEF, demonstrating a strong commitment to our teachers, schools and community. Over the years, Park Place Dealerships has generously supported teacher classroom grants, scholarships and funded teachers through CEF. This partnership is indicative of their dedication to our community's future. Park Place Dealerships supports over 250 local nonprofit organizations through its #ParkPlaceCares community giving and support program, emphasizing programs and events that benefit students and the community.
This year's theme is Masquerade, promising an exciting showcase of 21 local restaurants and chefs, featuring tastings, casino games, an incredible live and silent auction and more! Although tables have been sold out since February, there are still general admission tickets available. Supporters who are unable to attend can still contribute by participating in the silent auction and purchasing raffle tickets online.
Don't miss out on the most exhilarating event of the season and the chance to support ALL Dragon Teachers. Reserve your spot now and let the enchantment of the masquerade sweep you away! CarrollEducationFoundation.ejoinme.org/2024reg
