Welcome Class Of 2034 Dragons!
Join CEF in welcoming its newest Dragons, the class of 2034! At the beginning of each school year, the Carroll Education Foundation (CEF) welcomes each kindergarten student with a free “Club Charlie Class Of 2034” yard sign and a Club Charlie T-shirt with Charlie the Dragon! CEF is proud to partner for the third year in a row with Thomas & Sharon Michael | DFW Elite Realty as the title sponsor for Club Charlie.
“Thomas and Sharon love supporting Carroll ISD, and Club Charlie is just one way they give back to Carroll ISD," CEF Executive Director Kathy Lanier says. "We are so grateful for their ongoing support of CISD through Club Charlie."
How does the Club Charlie Contest work? The contest runs Oct. 1-22. For each kindergarten family that becomes a Friend of CEF by donating $365, or $1 a day, CEF will award a point to their Carroll ISD elementary campus. The kindergarten grade level at the campus with the highest participation percentage wins a party with Charlie the Dragon!
And that’s not all! Each kindergarten family who donates $365 or more will have their student automatically entered into a drawing to win the Santa’s Helper package at the city of Southlake’s Home for the Holidays event. The package includes a Santa carriage ride, VIP party before the tree lighting and helping Santa light the tree. And best of all, family members and siblings are welcome to join in the fun!
How else can kindergarten parents get involved? You can participate by sending a photo of your little Dragon in a Club Charlie T-shirt! CEF will feature your student and campus in our Club Charlie contest emails and social media. Please email your kindergartner’s photo to Info@CarrollEducationFoundation.org.
“Kindergartners love their teachers and are excited to be Dragons!" DFW Elite Realty owner Sharon Michael says. "Club Charlie helps our newest Dragons join in the excitement of what it means to be a Dragon throughout their K-12 years in Carroll ISD."
