The North Texas SpecialbrNeeds Assistance Partners continues to create and support a variety ofbrprograms and services for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Consequently, this nonprofit organization is hosting itsbrfirst Chari-TeebrGolf Tournament, at 11 a.m. on Monday, March 24, located at Cowboys GolfbrClub, 1600 Fairway Dr., Grapevine.
Proceeds from this event will benefit SNAP programs andbrservices.
Players, sponsors and volunteers can join the event tobrsupport individuals with special needs and their families. It costs $200 for singlebrplayers and $800 for a team of four.
At 11 a.m. registration opens for the event, which isbrfollowed up by lunch at noon and a shotgun start to the tournament at 1:30 p.m.brAdditionally, the 19th Hole Reception begins at 5:30 p.m., withbrdinner and awards at 6:30 p.m.
In North Texas, there are 200 SNAP members that are in need ofbrfinancial assistance to provide jobs, transportation, social events and housing for special needs individuals. Events such as the Chari-Tee Golf Tournament will help raise fundsbrfor SNAP members.
