Neither the freezing weather nor the Keller Timbercreek Falcons could stop Milania Jordan’s hot streak. The 5-foot-10 shooting guard reached 1,000 career points on route to a 67-40 Lady Dragon win in front of an enthusiastic home crowd on Jan. 17.

With this win, the Lady Dragons improved their record to 23-5 and ranked among the Top 20 in the state. Milania, who has started for head coach Robyn McCoart since her freshman year, leads the team in scoring at 17.5 points per game. She has the potential to join recent graduate and current West Point guard Camryn Tade at the 2,000-point career mark next season.
Milania is joined on the team by her sisters Natalia, Giana and Nadia. All four sisters start for McCoart’s Lady Dragons, who will next face the Keller Indians at home on Jan. 23.
