Earlier this year Merrilee Kick of BuzzBallz spoke to us about how she started her company. She also highlighted how she makes, uses and recycles her plastic containers. We were stunned to find out how little of what we put into recylcing containers becomes something new.

Alarmingly, most of the consumer plastics we "recycle" end up in landfills or is burned.

This Friday, Adam Socket, Managing Partner with APJ Recycling, is going to enlighten us with the realities of plastic recycling and what we as consumers and first-step recylers can do to ease some of the challanges.
