One of the hottest reservations in town will be for Del Frisco's Grille. Their four-course prix fixe menu is full of new amenities and classic favorites that their diners are sure to savor. To start, guests can decide between the Cheesecake Eggrolls, Ahi Tacos, Jumbo Lump Crabcake, Baked Goat Cheese or Artichoke Beignets. Then after enjoying the Grille Salad or Sweet Corn Bisque, diners can select an entree like the Simply Prepared Salmon, Seasonal Market Catch, Brick Chicken, Kale & Brussels Sprout Salad, Greens & Grains Bowl, Steakhouse Salad, Grille Prime Cheeseburger, Pan-seared Scallops, Prime Beef Short Rib Stroganoff, 45 Day Dry-aged Prime Strip or Broiled Twin Lobster Tails. Del Frisco's Signature Steaks, served with one of their rich sides, will also be available. The night's desserts include a Coconut Cream Pie, Nutella Bread Pudding, Molten Chocolate Cake and Caramel Pot De Creme.

Their Valentine's Day menu lets diners select an appetizer, salad or soup and entree before they enjoy their indulgent dessert, all for $79 per person (excluding tax, gratuity and alcohol). To start, guests must decide between their Blue Crab & Cucumber Tower, Lobster Cake, Mediterranean Lamb, Blackened Cedar Plank Scallops, Roasted Oysters or Potato Skin French Onion Dip. The next course features their Roasted Red Pepper & Shrimp Bisque, Kirby's Caesar, Golden & Sweet Beet Salad or Chopped Salad. For the main course, guests can choose between a Lobster Scampi, Caprese Chicken, Grilled Halibut, 18 ounce Smoked Ribeye, 16 ounce New York Strip or 7 or 10 ounce filet. With a flourless chocolate cake to finish, the luxury meal is sure to wow those who dine in.

Next Bistro
The Colleyville refined dining classic, Next Bistro, is offering a three-course prix fixe dinner on Valentine’s Day for $69.96 per person (excluding tax and gratuity). Diners can choose a hors d’oeuvre or starter – foie gras with roasted pear and French toasted fall harvest cake, lobster bisque or spinach, banana and strawberry salad. Entree options include a real dover sole wrapped crab, lobster risotto with a six ounce lobster tail, veal tenderloin and sautéed shrimp served in a lobster tarragon sauce, boeuf en croute with prosciutto and shitake mushrooms and a 14 ounce Niman Ramch free range C.A.B. prime ribeye (for an additional $20 charge). For dessert, Next is offering a choice of crème brulee or chocolate soufflé. It’s sure to be a romantic date night you won’t forget.

Perry's Steakhouse & Grille
Perry's will roll out a three-course prix fixe menu on Valentine's Day. The soup or salad options include Lobster Bisque, French Onion Soup, Caesar Salad, Wedge Salad or Kale Salad with Jalapeno-mint Vinaigrette. For the mains, guests will choose from the 8 ounce Filet Perry, 14 ounce Prime New York Strip, 14 ounce Prime Ribeye, Perry's Famous Prok Chop, Grilled Salmon, Crisky Skin Wild Red Snapper, Surf & Turf Pasta, Chicken Oscar and Spaghetti Squash Primavera. To finish off the night, the desserts include White Chocolate Cheesecake, a Dessert Trio or Chocolate Crunch. The experience is $59.95 per person before 5:30 p.m. and $74.95 after 5:45 p.m. (excluding tax and gratuity).

Trio New American Cuisine
Want to enjoy a nice date night the weekend after Valentine's Day? Trio New American will be hosting a Pacific Rim themed menu from February 14 to 16. For $80 per person (and $120 to enjoy wine paring through the day), guests will enjoy a Bacon Kimchi Soup to start; a choice of Thai Beef Salad or Rock Fish Lettuce Wraps to follow; a Miso Maple Glazed Duck Breast, Crispy Seared Barramundi or Char Sui Smoked Short Ribs as a main dish; and a Yuzu Cookie Layer Cake to finish off. Reservations for each night are recommended for couples who know they want to make a trip out to Trio.

Truluck's Seafood Steak & Crabhouse
Truluck's will offer their regular menu on Valentine's Day, which includes Pan-seared Scallops, Pacific Swordfish Steak, Petite South African Stuffed Lobster Tail, Prime Tomahawk Ribeye and Turf & Surf. And from now through February 14, guests can try the TRULUV cocktail, vodka, orgeat, strawberry rhubarb syrup and apero. The bright pink drink is just what you need to liven up your holiday.
