Prior to joining Central Market,brChef Weikel was the Executive Chef for the Kansas City Royals At KauffmanbrStadium, Executive Chef For The Minnesota Vikings, prior to Major League Sports,brChef Peter was the Executive Chef of his own exclusive fine dining restaurantbrand catering company, just outside of Seattle W.A. In addition to his many awards, Chef Weikelbralso effectively manages a staff of over 75 cooks and pantry personnel. He isbran active member in the A.C.F and proud supporter of the local farm to tablebrand slow food movements.
