Hatch chile is taking over Central Market.
From Aug. 2 to 22, Central Market will roast 125 tons of hatch peppers for its annual Hatch Chile Fest. From hatch-marinated sirloin and hatch crab cakes to hatch guacamole and hatch chocolate, all 10 Central Market locations will have sample bites of some of the store’s biggest hatch chile hits. Plus you’ll get the chance to grab some fresh hatch peppers and take them home for your own cooking endeavors.
