Peach Truck
The Peach Truck will come to North Texas with stops in Grapevine and Keller starting May 26, 2024.
The Peach Truck is coming back to North Texas. The beloved family-owned fresh fruit vendor is accepting pre-orders of their 12-pound boxes of peaches and more fresh from Georgia to locals this summer.
Starting on Sunday, May 26, The Peach Truck will first come to the area visiting nearby Grapevine Mills Mall and then Lifetime Fitness in Flower Mound on May 30. Both events are from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.
The Peach Truck will then bring their wares to the city of Keller. First at Keller Town Center on June 1 from 5 to 7 p.m., then at Jabo’s Ace Hardware on June 8 from noon to 2:30 p.m.
By partnering with growers in owner Stephen Rose’s home state of Georgia, he and his wife Jessica are able to bring the freshest peaches directly to customers. The Peach Truck will offer boxes of peaches, bags of pecans and its own cookbook. Locals can pre-order online to ensure there are products waiting for them at their selected pickup site.
“The Peach Truck is really a celebration of summer and joy, and we do that through peaches,” Stephen says. “I grew up eating peaches right off the tree in my hometown of Fort Valley, GA, and couldn’t figure out why peaches tasted so bad at the grocery stores. I found out that time off the tree and allowing the peach to ripen is the biggest factor, so we fixed it!”
