A new microdistillery will bring in the New Year in Roanoke.
Next year, Anderson Distillery & Grill will open at the unique dining capital of Texas. The new distillery offers liquor tastings, lunch, dinner and bottles for sale, according to a media release. The menu focuses on small-batch spirits including rum, vodka, gin and whiskey, and the dining menu consists of grilled meats with coffee-infused seasoning, sliders, salads and loaded baked potatoes.
“We are excited to turn our passion for craft distilling and cooking specially-seasoned meats into a reality,” co-owner Jay Anderson says via media release. “We aim to give our guests an inside look at the unique distilling process, offer exciting liquor tasting opportunities, delicious menu items and a casual and cool environment.”
The new distillery will open at 400 S. Oak Street in January 2022. Learn more about the upcoming restaurant at AndersonDistillery.com.
