Grapevine’s Hotel Vin Adds Pop To Your Nightlife.
Originally opening in late 2020, Grapevine’s Hotel Vin continues to impress with elaborate culinary adventures perfect for a night out with your beloved. Already well known as the home of Bacchus Kitchen + Bar, Harvest Hall and The Magnum Speakeasy, Hotel Vin continues to offer eye-popping experiences.
As the temperatures dropped, nights were heating up inside every one of the eight outdoor bubbles of Hotel Vin’s Winter Wonderland Experience. Expertly arranged alongside the hotel’s WineYard lawn, this year’s bubbles have been updated and upgraded for the season with an après ski-lodge theme you and your party will love. Perfect for a cozy date night or parties for up to eight people, each includes cozy fur blankets and heaters to fend off the winter chill.
Coinciding with the ski theme, the Bubbles set amidst an evergreen forest complete with fire pits for evening cocktails and a real ski lift photo op is available through Valentine's Day.
Reservations are required and kick off as early as 4 p.m. for those looking to enjoy a Happy Hour Bubble. A specially-prepared cocktail menu includes seasonally-inspired drinks like the Winter Berry Gin and Tonic made with Botanist Gin, Domaine de canton, berries and garnished with smoked rosemary for a refreshing floral sip. The Campfire Smoked Old Fashioned is the perfect blend of sweet and smokey made with High West Campfire Whiskey, Angostura and orange bitters.
If an hour just isn’t enough, two-hour and full dining sessions are available for 5:30 and 8 p.m. seatings. These bubbles are best enjoyed while sharing a house-made three-cheese fondue accompanied by a medley of bread, pickles, bacon lardons and assorted vegetables for dipping. Those with heartier appetites can enjoy a three-course dinner that features one of three gourmet entrees and is paired with your choice of wine from a full range of varietals from Daou Vineyards. There’s a braised short rib with wild mushrooms, a grilled salmon with colcannon mashed potatoes and a roasted chicken with an herb quinoa pilaf.
In true ski lodge fashion, it’s a must to finish the night off with something sweet. When the time is right, try Hotel Vin’s Smores Martini made with vanilla vodka, chocolate liqueur, Bailey’s and finished with toasted marshmallow and a graham cracker rim.
