After four years of incrediblebrperformance, razor- sharp culinary skills and natural leadership, Davalos movedbrto The Woodlands, Texas, to become the Sous Chef for Kirby's Prime Steakhouse.
During his time in ThebrWoodlands, Davalos worked closely with Executive Chef Daniel Nemec in honingbrhis skills to eventually become the culinary expert that he is today.
