A new modern American restaurant is opening inside the Westin Southlake Hotel next week, according to a press release.
Formerly known as Seasons 114, Jellico's is led by executive chef Jenna Kinard and will serve reimagined American classics like roasted chicken, beets and tuna crudo. The 2,100-square-foot dining area seats 90 people, with the 1,500-square-foot patio seating an additional 36.
Additionally, the Curve Lounge seats 25 people inside a luxurious 1,000 square-foot relaxed bar setting that boasts an impressive wine list and classic cocktails made from fresh, local ingredients.
“We hope our guests feel a sense of comfort and familiarity when they dine with us from the recipes we have thoughtfully created over the past year to the warm and welcoming design of the restaurant to our Southern hospitality,” chef Kinard says via press release. “Jellico’s is more than just a dining experience — it’s a place to make new memories with friends and family.”
Jellico’s will open on the first floor of the Westin Southlake Hotel at 1200 E. State Hwy 114 on Nov. 17. To learn more, visit Marriott.com.
