The anticipation of Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café opening in Southlake Town Square is now over. The Houston-based franchise known for its sweet and savory crepes, waffles, salads and hot drinks is officially open in the former Rockfish Seafood Grill location.
"Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café is truly a one-of-a-kind brand that our entire family feels connected to," said franchisee Edward Hymes Sr. "We are committed to bringing a truly excellent and fresh dining experience to the community and could not think of a better place than Southlake for the first of several locations we plan to open."
Crowds of French foodies are already lining up for some of the restaurants many sweet and savory offerings like;
Nutella Crêpe: A classic favorite, this crêpe is filled with rich Nutella and can be enhanced with optional strawberries or bananas, making it a beloved choice for both kids and adults alike.
Dulce de Leche Waffle: This indulgent waffle is topped with dulce de leche and can be served with fresh strawberries or bananas, providing a sweet and satisfying treat.
Croque Madame Crêpe: A hearty breakfast option, this crêpe features scrambled eggs, Gruyère cheese, smoked ham, and a creamy béchamel sauce.
Bonne Maman Crêpe: This sweet crêpe is filled with a medley of cherry, strawberry, redcurrant, and raspberry preserves, topped with whipped cream for an extra touch of sweetness.
Nordic Crêpe: a savory choice for the elevated brunch that layers smoked salmon, dill sour cream, capers, scallions, pickled red onions and lemon.
The Southlake Sweet Paris is the first of five DFW area locations set to open in the near future. The franchise currently boasts 17 stores in operation in Austin, College Station, Houston, McAllen and San Antonio, Texas, Doral and Coral Gables, Florida, the Twin cities in Minnesota, as well as resort locations in Mexico.
