Oh là là! Southlake Town Square is about to get a lot sweeter with the announcement that Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café will open before the fall of 2024 at 228 State St. in the spot Rockfish Seafood Grill used to call home. The Houston-based franchise is known for its sweet and savory crepes, waffles, salads and hot drinks, all served in an atmosphere reminiscent of a Parisian bistro.
"Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café is truly a one-of-a-kind brand that our entire family feels connected to," said franchisee Edward Hymes Sr. "We are committed to bringing a truly excellent and fresh dining experience to the community and could not think of a better place than Southlake for the first of several locations we plan to open."
The Southlake Sweet Paris is the first of five DFW area locations set to open in the near future. The franchise currently boasts 17 stores in operation in Austin, College Station, Houston, McAllen and San Antonio, Texas, Doral and Coral Gables, Florida, the Twin cities in Minnesota, as well as resort locations in Mexico.
