Special Tea Experiences
Pattea Lou’s Brings Teatime To Keller.

From the gentle clink of porcelain cups to the soothing aroma of freshly brewed tea filling the air, teatime is more than just a daily ritual in England — it’s a cherished afternoon custom steeped in tradition. Now, locals can partake in that tradition much closer to home at Pattea Lou’s Tea Room in Keller.
With a deep love for British culture and specially tailored teatime experiences, opening Pattea Lou’s has been a dream of Patti Gibson’s for well over a decade. After seeing how coffee shops and cafes have slowly taken over the Metroplex, Patti knew that she could achieve the same thing through her own teahouse.
“Most people think of tea rooms around here to be inside antique malls or shared spaces,” Patti says. “We have a dedicated room and beautiful decor to surround and take each guest on a whimsical adventure.”
Guests will feel like Alice in Wonderland from their first step into this fanciful and elegant space, especially with its checkered flooring and light pink surfaces. Upon claiming your reservation, be seated at one of the white tablecloths before you’re poured a cup of one of their finest blends. Whether it’s Earl Grey or English Breakfast, Pattea Lou’s has 28 hot and iced varieties to sip on.
But pours from a teapot are to be expected. What elevates this cozy cafe are its multi-leveled tea towers, which bring out a delectable spread of sweet and savory delights that complement your beverage. From bacon rosemary scones to goat cheese and berry crostinis, all of its seasonal offerings can be mixed and matched to guests’ desires. Plus as a Leonidas Chocolate dealer, Pattea Lou’s ensures that everybody can indulge in the silky smooth sensations of authentic cocoa.
“This journey has truly been a blessing,” Patti says. “We welcome all guests who come in, catch up with friends or just slow down and be still in our busy world.”
