Already home to Truluck's, Kirby's and Del Frisco's Grille and with Bob's and Perry's steakhouses in close proximity, Southlake diners will be welcoming a new steakhouse in the spring of 2024.
With high-end locations already established in Washington D.C., Las Vegas and New York, The Capital Grille brand of high-end steakhouses have been steadily growing throughout the metroplex, opening restaurants in Dallas, Fort Worth and Plano.
Florida-based Darden Restaurants and the City of Southlake have agreed to plans for a 9,300 square-foot restaurant which began construction in June of this year. Darden should complete the $1.8 million reconstruction of the former Lo Lo's Chicken and Waffles site at 1202 E. State Hwy. 114 by early February of 2024.
It won't be much longer before diners can enjoy Capital Grille's signature dry-aged steaks, chops and shellfish platters.
