Carroll ISD’s new performing arts center fully opened to the public in November of 2021.
Part of the $208-million bond package that was approved in 2017, the performing arts center is a $28-million investment that will house both Dragon Band and Choir’s programs. The 95,000-square-foot facility includes a 700-seat performance hall, a 10,000-square-foot auditorium, a 5,000-square-foot band hall, a 1,000-square-foot digital classroom, 23 practice and rehearsal rooms, 15 offices and seven storage rooms, according to the bond package.
