The best time to sell a home in Texas may vary, but the spring and early summer months are known as the most favorable times to sell a home. This period typically sees increased buyer activity as families often move during the summer months to avoid disrupting the school year. Our area continues to attract families year-round. Due to limited inventory, I have advised sellers to list during the winter holidays. Strong market demand with fewer competing homes often result in my clients receiving multiple offers over listing price.
Does staging a home increase buyer interest?

It helps buyers envision themselves living there, which can significantly increase their interest and ultimately lead to a sale.
