This is a home Lonestar Design Build recently renovated in Colleyville. The client asked us to help them to expand their kitchen, which lacked space and storage. They also wanted the ability to entertain family and friends. The job consisted of taking two walls down that separated the kitchen, formal dining room and living room. The home had a secondary dining space, which allowed them to delete the formal dining room. The result? A more spacious and functional kitchen, breakfast nook and living room.
Whether the client chooses to stay for the next 20 years or sell their home in three years, it's clear that they have added a tremendous amount of value to their home and improved their ability to entertain family and friends.
