Brands such as Nike, Aerie and Yeti prove why Southlake Town Square is one of the area’s premier shopping destinations. And with eight new retailers coming to Southlake, that continues to be the case.
Opening this fall, Tecovas is an Austin-based retailer that sells cowboy boots, leather accessories and denim products. It will be located at 301 Grand Ave. W. near Apple and Tesla. Meanwhile, the family-owned and operated Faherty will offer men's, women’s and children’s clothing made from premium, comfortable fabrics and will open at 301 Grand Ave. E. across from Apologie and Brandy Melville.
In addition to those new businesses, Kite Realty Group has also confirmed six new businesses that will also be opening in town square. Vuori is a California retailer that emphasizes joggers and sportswear, while johnnie-O is a west coast prep retailer that embraces the SoCal lifestyle. Chubbies’ signature core casual shorts will be rolling in next door to Vuori, and Southern Tide will be bringing its premium coastal lifestyle products to the shopping scene.
Also opening this holiday season is FOUNT, a leather bag design house that makes everything from crossbody bags to belts and backpacks. And next year, residents can get a laser and light treatment through Skin Laundry, which will be opening at 1520 E. Southlake Blvd. next to Crumbl Cookies.
“We strive to offer unique access to a collection of brands that are still new to the shopper,” says Jason Kasal, vice president and senior leasing director of Kite Realty Group. “We have a merchandising mix that is unique in the Metroplex. The most successful up-and-coming brands are thoughtfully selecting Southlake Town Square for their newest stores.”
