A premier luxury outdoor furniture brand is opening in Southlake next season. Summer Classics will open in 301 N. Carroll Ave., the former Charming Charlie storefront, in Southlake Town Square this summer.
The retailer, located near Market by Macy’s, will spread over 8,800 square feet.
“Our walkable, well-edited collection of desirable brands is what continues to set Southlake Town Square apart as a lifestyle destination, and we’re pleased to continue to grow and create opportunities for our guests to interact with the great brands that call us home,” Jason Kasal, vice president and senior leasing director – western division with Retail Properties of America, Inc. (“RPAI”), owner and operator of Southlake Town Square.
It won’t be the only retailer coming to Southlake Town Square this summer. Express Edit, a new, smaller Express concept with items curated specifically for Southlake by local influencers, will open at 311 Grand Ave. this month. This will be the brand’s first location in Texas, with the flagship store located in Nashville. Express Edit will open in the 2,055-square-foot storefront across from Michael Kors.
Trophy Blooms, owned by local floral designer Madeline Ricketts, will also open in Southlake Town Square this month. Starting on May 22, the 916-square-foot location at 335 N. Carroll Ave. will help locals source beautiful blooms for their upcoming special events. It will be located next to Nothing Bundt Cakes.
