Dear Southlake,
Considering the recent unprecedented global pandemic, our goal is to maintain safety of our patients, team members and our community and to reduce unnecessary risk of exposure. We are committed to doing our part in minimizing the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and are closely monitoring the latest developments for healthcare providers in these unprecedented times.
In response to the recent developments surrounding the COVID-19 virus and to minimize the risk, we are adopting additional measures to safeguard the health or our patients, staff, their families and the community at large. Currently, we are only seeing emergency/urgent need patients but are still available to answer any questions or concerns via phone or email. In addition to that, we have also implemented virtual visits via telemedicine for the convenience of our patients and to maintain continuity of care.
We understand it might be an inconvenience to our patients, but rest assured we are always here to help you every step of the way in this crisis. We encourage everyone to take this public health emergency seriously and continue following the guidelines of both the CDC and local public health officials. It is important that we all take extra precautions necessary to safeguard our health and that of others and do our part to help mitigate the effects of this pandemic.
And please remember to support our local small businesses as much as possible now and especially when life begins to return to some normalcy. Over the years, our community has been faced with challenges and every time we emerge stronger and with an even deeper sense of purpose. We will persevere through this challenge, too.
“It is only in our darkest hours that we may discover the true strength of the brilliant light within ourselves that can never, ever, be dimmed.” – Doe Zantamata
Stay safe and be well.
