Got questions? We have answers for our first ever Zero-K Virtual Run. If you don't see your question below, email marketing@southlakestyle.com.
What is a virtual run? How does this work? There is no specific location. Just run, walk, jog or treadmill during the event dates. It’s your race at your pace. It’s all about our community, the T-shirt and having fun!
When is it? You decide when and where as long as you race before May 14, 2020. The original deadline was April 30, the end of Tarrant County’s stay-at-home order, but we extended it for another two weeks.
How do I register? Simply purchase your shirt from our partner site, then download your bib and you’re good to go.
I don’t live in Tarrant County. Is that ok? It sure is! You can still participate through the purchase of a shirt. Just know that 100% of proceeds will stay in Tarrant County.
Is there an app to track my results? No. Feel free to record your own time, and post it along with your photo to our Zero-K Virtual Run community gallery.
Will I get a race bib? What’s my number? Download your printable bib here to make your race official! You may customize it how you like.
No printer? No problem! We understand and welcome photos of race participants holding up your phone or laptop to your chest with the bib on display.
How do I post my results? Visit our Zero-K Virtual Run community gallery and follow the simple instructions to post your race photo. Please wear your bib in the photo.
Can kids participate? Kids, dogs, turtles — bring them along! We also have kid-sized shirts in our online shop.
When will I get my shirt? Orders are delivered about two weeks after the campaign closes.
Can I track my order? Visit CustomInk.com/Track or call 855.862.8756.
